Octanorm Exhibition Booth Design & Construction for VIMF & VIAF 2026
At VIMF & VIAF 2026, Anahua-Concept partnered with UPS and 3S Software to design and build two exhibition booths using the Octanorm modular system.
Although both projects shared the same structural framework, each booth was developed to reflect the unique objectives, exhibition requirements, and visual identity of its respective brand. The project demonstrates how Octanorm exhibition booth design can provide both construction efficiency and creative flexibility when approached with a brand-focused design strategy.
One Modular System, Two Distinct Brand Experiences
The Octanorm system is widely used in the exhibition industry for its modular structure, fast installation, and adaptability across different booth sizes.
For UPS and 3S Software, however, the framework served only as the starting point. Each booth was developed around the brand it represented, rather than the system itself.
From space planning and graphic applications to visual focal points and visitor flow, every design decision was tailored to support each company’s exhibition objectives while creating a clear and recognizable brand presence.
Designing Around Brand Identity
A successful exhibition booth is defined not by its structure, but by how effectively it communicates a brand.
For UPS, the design emphasized clarity, professionalism, and strong visual recognition. For 3S Software, the booth adopted a layout and visual language that reflected the company’s technology-focused identity while creating an engaging environment for visitors.
Built on the same Octanorm system, the two exhibition booths ultimately delivered entirely different spatial experiences—each expressing the character and positioning of the brand behind it.
