Exhibition Booth Design for Konica Minolta at VietAd 2026
A successful exhibition booth design begins with understanding what a brand needs to communicate within a limited physical space. For a company working in imaging technology, production printing, and digital workplace solutions, the exhibition environment needs to do more than create visual impact. It needs to make products, solutions, and brand identity accessible to visitors.
At VietAd 2026, Anahua-Concept worked with Konica Minolta on the design and construction of its exhibition booth at Sky Expo. The design was developed around the characteristics of Konica Minolta’s industry, translating elements associated with imaging, printing, color, and digital technology into a cohesive spatial language.
Rather than treating the booth as a collection of decorative elements, the project focused on how exhibition booth design could connect brand identity, product presentation, and visitor movement within one space.

Designing the Booth Around the Brand
For Konica Minolta, color is closely connected to the nature of its business. It plays an important role in printing and imaging, while also contributing to how the brand communicates visually.
This became one of the starting points for the exhibition booth design. A high-contrast color palette was developed across the booth to establish a recognizable presence within the exhibition hall.
The color system was integrated with graphic applications, architectural surfaces, and LED lighting rather than being treated as an isolated visual layer. This allowed the brand identity to remain visible across different areas while creating a clear visual structure for the overall booth.

Spatial Planning for Different Solutions
Another important part of the booth design was the organization of different display areas.
Konica Minolta presented multiple products and solutions at VietAd 2026, requiring the booth to accommodate different functions within a unified environment. The layout was therefore structured into distinct areas according to the type of solution and visitor interaction required.
Each zone was given a clear role, while the overall layout maintained visual and spatial connections between them. This allowed visitors to move through the booth more naturally and access information without making the space feel fragmented.
In this way, exhibition booth design becomes not only a visual exercise but also a process of organizing information, movement, and interaction.
Graphics and Lighting as Part of the Booth Design

Graphics and lighting were developed as integral components of the exhibition environment.
Printed graphic decal systems were applied across selected surfaces to communicate brand information and support product presentation. Combined with LED lighting, these elements helped establish hierarchy within the space and draw attention to key display areas.
The use of graphics was also considered in relation to the overall booth structure. Instead of filling every surface with information, graphic elements were positioned where they could support navigation, communication, and brand recognition.
This approach helped maintain a balance between information and visual clarity — an important consideration when designing a booth for a technology-focused brand.
From Exhibition Booth Design to Construction
Once the design direction and spatial requirements were established, the booth was developed through a combination of wood, Formex, printed graphic decal systems, LED lighting, and finishing materials specified according to the design.
The construction process translated the design concept into a physical environment while ensuring that the different structural, graphic, and lighting elements worked together as intended.
For Anahua-Concept, exhibition booth design and construction are closely connected. A design needs to consider not only how the finished booth will look, but also how its elements can be produced, installed, and completed within the practical requirements of an exhibition environment.

A Cohesive Exhibition Presence for Konica Minolta
The Konica Minolta booth at VietAd 2026 demonstrates how exhibition booth design can begin with the characteristics of a brand and translate them into spatial decisions.
Color, graphics, lighting, spatial planning, and display areas were brought together to create an environment that supported both brand recognition and solution presentation.
The result is a booth designed not simply to occupy exhibition space, but to provide a clear environment in which visitors can understand the brand and its offerings.
Anahua-Concept sincerely thanks Konica Minolta for trusting us with this project. From concept and exhibition booth design to construction, Anahua-Concept develops exhibition spaces based on the characteristics, objectives, and requirements of each brand.
